At Fountain Health, mental health care begins with understanding your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. Alongside established approaches, our clinicians may explore emerging therapies such as NAD+, Synapsin, and Methylene Blue when appropriate. We consider the evolving research, potential benefits, and individual safety factors to develop a treatment plan with medical oversight and follow-up.

Mental health concerns can affect concentration, mood, sleep, and everyday functioning, and not every symptom responds to the same approach. Fountain clinicians evaluate your history, current medications, and previous treatments before considering available options. Follow-up helps assess your response and determine whether treatment should continue or change.

Seek meaningful improvement in symptoms and daily functioning through evaluation, appropriate treatment, and ongoing follow-up.

Everything you need to know about our mental health programs
Fountain’s mental health program is designed for people experiencing concerns such as brain fog, reduced focus, changes in mental clarity, low energy, mood symptoms, or other changes in cognitive and emotional function. Because these symptoms can have many different causes, treatment does not begin by assuming that a particular medication is the answer. Fountain looks at your symptoms alongside sleep, medications, mental health, hormones, metabolic health, nutrition, and other medical factors that may be contributing.
The right treatment depends on what you are experiencing and what may be contributing to it. Your clinician reviews your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current medications, supplements, and treatment goals. Additional testing may be recommended when it could help clarify the picture. The goal is to choose a treatment that fits the underlying concern rather than treating every complaint of brain fog, fatigue, or poor concentration the same way.
In many cases, yes. Fountain’s compounded treatments are not intended to automatically replace therapy, antidepressants, ADHD treatment, or other established psychiatric care. They may be considered as one part of a broader treatment plan when clinically appropriate. Your clinician will review your existing medications carefully because some treatments can interact with psychiatric medications or may not be appropriate in certain situations.
Before treatment, Fountain identifies what you are trying to improve, whether that is concentration, mental clarity, energy, mood, productivity, or another meaningful symptom. We then follow those changes over time rather than judging treatment based only on whether you “feel something” immediately after taking a medication. If the intended symptoms are not improving, that may be a reason to reconsider the treatment or look more closely at what else could be contributing.
Then the plan should change. Brain fog, poor concentration, fatigue, and changes in mood can also be related to sleep disorders, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, stress, metabolic health, medications, or other medical conditions. Fountain’s goal is to understand what is contributing to the symptoms and build treatment around that, rather than continuing a medication simply because it was originally prescribed.
