New York City’s only Brain Health Polyclinic™

Fountain Health is a multidisciplinary medical practice in New York City bringing together mental health, metabolic health, hormones, sleep, nutrition and longevity within one connected model of care.

The Fountain Principle

Every great fountain begins with a source. Water rises from it, gathers, separates into droplets, and returns as ripples that travel far beyond where each drop first lands.

Let the ripples begin.

Meet Our Team

Fountain brings together physicians, psychologists, registered dietitians and other clinicians across the areas that influence brain and physical health. Your care is led by the appropriate clinician, with additional specialists involved when their expertise can change the evaluation or treatment plan.
